Plywood
We provide CNC plywood cutting and milling services using a range of plywoods, from lightweight interior panels through to AAA marine-grade plywood. Ideal for cabinetry, caravan fit-outs, marine projects, furniture, signage, and custom fabrication.
We also utilise advanced digital joinery techniques to improve alignment, simplify assembly, and create accurate, repeatable parts (see our Digital Joinery section).
Suitable For - campervan fit-outs, structural components, speaker boxes, cabinetry, custom panels, and production parts.
MDF
MDF is ideal for pattern making, decorative panels, cabinetry, and custom fabrication. It machines cleanly and achieves a smooth finish, making it well suited to painted components, plugs, templates, and detailed routed parts. For outdoor or exposed applications, plywood is generally the better option.

Hardwood / Solid Timber
We can machine, face, trim, and 3D mill a wide range of hardwood and solid timber materials with care and attention to finish quality. Typically supplied by the client, these materials can be used for custom components, furniture, marine applications, mould patterns, architectural features, and specialty fabrication work.

HDPE Plastic
HDPE plastic is UV and weather resistant, durable, and easy to clean. It can be CNC machined to a high-quality finish with precise cut features including pilot holes, rebates, and digital joinery.
HDPE is also self-lubricating, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including marine components, medical cabinetry, campervan fit-outs, and industrial parts.

ACP Panel
ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) is lightweight, water resistant, easy to clean, and ideal for clean, modern fabricated components. It machines accurately with CNC cutting and routing, making it suitable for signage, cabinetry, wall linings, and custom fabricated parts.
One of the major advantages of ACP is the ability to V-groove and rebate the material with CNC machining, allowing flat sheets to be folded into precise origami-like assemblies with clean edges and minimal visible fixings.

EVA / Rubber
EVA flooring and rubber can be challenging to machine accurately, but we have refined reliable CNC cutting processes through critical marine projects. The key is careful tooling and slower machining speeds to achieve clean, consistent results.
We can CNC cut and rebate EVA, rubber, and similar soft materials, including multi-colour layered designs and detailed custom patterns. Common applications include boat flooring, campervan flooring, and specialist transport interiors including helicopter projects.

Polyurethane Foam
Foam can be finished and strengthened in a number of ways including fibreglass laminating, epoxy coatings, hardcoat systems, and paint-ready surface treatments.
